Festival Del Cuatro 2009
Bueno mi Gente,
Here we go! It's been a long time since the last communication you received from the Festival Del Cuatro organization. Many things have passed this year and we wanted to share them with you. The Festival Del Cuatro organization has officially received its 501C3 appointment by the IRS! Weeeee! That was a long time coming, but we got it!
We have also been working on developing programs that will ensure year round activity by the Festival Del Cuatro. We know that most of you go all year living off last years memories of the Festival and can't wait for the next one to come around.
Wait no longer, this year the Festival Del Cuatro is coming to you stronger than ever. We’ve worked very hard at finding the best talent that will expose our beautiful folklore and traditional culture via Puerto Rico's National Icon, the Puerto Rican Cuatro.
Look out for the full page add in Latin Beat Magazine (October Issue) where we feature this years Festival and its locations.
The Festival Del Cuatro organization along with House of Puerto Rico San Diego and Club Puertorriqueño de San Francisco have come together again this year to ensure that three major cities in California get to see this wonderful event showcasing one of Puerto Rico's best Trovadoras, Yezenia Cruz and great cuatristas like Yomi Matos and Alvin Medina.
