We are so charged up, it's not even funny. All the musicians are here!!! Alvin and Elsie Medina arrived in LA Wednesday morning. Last night we were all hanging out with Edwin Colon Zayas y su Taller Campesino at Ontario Airport. And this morning YOMO TORO and his group arrived to LA. What a line-up. We are all excited to bring this wonderful event to all of you.

We are having a dinner today in an undisclosed location in Pomona :-) And tomorrow we see you at San Gabriel Civic Auditorium.

Mi gente, if you have not purchased your ticket online, tonight by 9PM would be your last chance to purchase online. Online purchase of tickets will be taken offline at 9PM. You can get your tickets at the door for an additional charge.

Get ready for an event that will knock your socks off. The lineup is a fantastic one. Performing especially for you,
Directly from Puerto Rico- Edwin Colon Zayas y su Taller Campesino. With a special presentation of Nelian Colon "a cuatro manos".
Especially for you just back from Paris, Netherlands, Brussels and Berlin- YOMO TORO. Yomo and his singer Dalia will delight you with popular music played with the cuatro.
From Florida- Alvin and Elsie Medina. Alvin will dazzle you with his virtuosity of the cuatro and Elsie will stimulate and caress your audible sense with her beautiful voice.
Don't forget doors open at 5PM, the show will start at 5:45PM sharp! The musicians will have CD's for sale.
Don't forget to cooperate with the organization by getting your raffle tickets.
The organization will have a limited number of t-shirts with the festival poster printed. You may get those the day of the Festival...but don't wait too long to get them. Because if you blink..they t-shirts are gone!! :-)

We would like to remind everyone that has not purchased their tickets in advance. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. Once you make online payment you will receive best seats available. We apologize for this, but at this time is the best system we have in place. One advice is that even not knowing what seat you get, its a better chance to buy in advance than to wait to purchase at the door. They have been in touch with our organization and they are bringing to you directly from Puerto Rico, Yomo Toro and Edwin Colon Zayas y su Taller Campesino. The Puerto Rican Cuatro is Puerto Rico's National Icon. Like el zurdo de Isabela once said in an interview when he was ~90 yrs old. "El Cuatro es mi bandera". Doesn't this get you all choked up? I know I do, because of my passion for the cuatro and how proud I am of my heritage.
