RiveraInstruments and Festival Del Cuatro had a great time at the BoricuaFest in Orange County

Hats Off!! to Blas Bonilla for such a wonderfull event at the BoricuaFest.

If you didn't make it to the BoricuaFest in Orange County you missed it!! What an opportunity to share with fellow Puerto Ricans and people from other cultures that love our music. The constant flow of people back and forth from the Stage and the vendors. There were a number of vendors selling very cool looking Puerto Rican stuff like wallets, pens, bookmarkers, caps, tshirts, bathing suits and many other things. Boricua Food!!, uhmm I loved the bacalaitos and the "relleno de papas". The cool ladies from "Boridivas" and "NACOPRW (www.nacoprw.org)" were there offering their support. Next time you go to an event, look for these ladies, say hello and offer your support.

Many Thanks to all of you that stopped by our table and offered your support and appreciation for the Festival Del Cuatro organization (www.festivaldelcuatro.org). We will keep it going, this is one task that only by unity can be achieved.

I am looking for boricua organizations in San Diego and San Francisco to contact me ASAP. We are planning for the next Festival del Cuatro. Help us bring this awesome event to your area. We may call it the Festival Del Cuatro California Tour 2007. Think about this....San Diego Concert on Friday, Los Angeles Concert on Saturday, and finish off with a San Francisco Concert. Just imagine, what a way to satisfy all of you boricuas or Cuatro lovers out there and bring the event near you. Send me a note and let me know if we can leverage off your contacts in your area to get this going. We don't have a date for the festival yet, therefore we have time to plan it well.
